We heard from the seller's realtor (talking about the house) and she's apparently got a plumber, electrician, and an AC guy going to the house this week. Apparently, she's getting stuff lined up to fix three of the most major issues with the house- ( Read more... )

At the moment, I've got a headache starting to blossom. Let's hope it won't turn into another major migraine like last time.

Still waiting for Management to give us the thumbs up to the process of buying that house. Once they do, then we'll order inspection (to make sure it's livable--which it is. That, and dad poked a whole through the ceiling when we were looking at the house for a second time, which makes us suspect water damage and possibly mold. The look on his face ( Read more... )
